I’m back! 

After taking a little over a year off from my blog, I’m back! Life gets busy. Even if busy is binge watching 12 seasons of Greys Anatomy. 😂  I’ve been feeling the itch to write again for months, and tonight, I believe is the night to just do it! 

In the last year a lot has happened.  Health wise I’m doing okay. I’ve been able to see my doctors only every few months vs every week or every month. I’ve weaned off some meds, and started new ones. I’ve started eating differently. I did lose my 12 year old Maltese Lola, which had a very big impact on me, and I began to comfort eat again. However, I am now back on my plant based diet plan, and just a day in, I feel a difference. 

My husband started a new job. We switched cheer gyms last season, and just returned from D2 Summit in Walt Disney World and our daughters team are s 13th in the nation in their division. We’ve had a fairly good year with both ups and downs. I’ve noticed how stress effects my illness. 

My goal for the rest of this year is to manage stress better, and to write on my blog more regularly!
